We purchased our home in July 2014. We had been looking for some time to find the right location, the right layout, and the right builder. We found all those things with KAM. We were able to work with KAM and make the house a home. It had many of the upgraded options we were looking for in a new build. The layout is open and allows us to keep up with our toddler and everything he gets into. The master bedroom really sold us It has a fabulous closet and master bath that allows us to relax and have space to unwind. We are pleased with the home and would recommend KAM in the future.
This is the third home that we have built and even though this was a spec, home our experience with KAM was excellent. It is refreshing to have a builder that completed tasks when promised and if something was not completed as promised or if there was an issue, it was communicated back to us in a timely manner and always resolved. Since we have moved in the house has been AWESOME! The attention to detail and workmanship is probably the best that we saw as we looked at new homes. It was amazing the amount of house that KAM delivers at a great price point compared to other builders. My wife and I have already recommended to friends looking to build that they should consider KAM as an option.
